Phil was born and raised in the local area, and is one of Lattner Gaming’s proud veterans, having served over 20 years in the United States Air Force. He worked in various operational and management positions in personnel and communications, with tours in the U.S., Europe, Australia and the Middle East, including several contingency deployments.
Upon completion of his service, Phil worked for the State of Illinois (DES) before joining the Lattner team, where he established many of the administrative products and processes in use today. As compliance manager at Lattner Gaming, he provides overwatch for company and partner licensing.
Phil enjoys baseball, the arts and volunteering with veterans and civic organizations.
