ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Every location works one-on-one with one of our managers to help guide them through the ins and outs of gaming. Your Account Manager will be with you every step of the way… Licensing, setting up your gaming area, reviewing reports, and discussing trends in the market. They will regularly meet with you to plan out ways to continue to optimize your location’s revenue. Our account managers are not salespeople. They are long term, knowledgeable professionals who are truly invested in making the most of our partnership.

EXPERIENCE
Our team consists of industry veterans from other legal bar and tavern video poker markets like Illinois. With decades in the route gaming industry we have the knowledge and experience it takes to get it done right. Route gaming is different from other forms of legal gaming, like casinos, and our team has the experience to understand that.

COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
We help you to monitor the requirements needed to hold a valid gaming license to stay ahead of any problems that may arise. Compliance keeps up to date on all industry regulations, then passes that information along to you so you are always aware of changes in the market. WEEKLY REPORTS 
Lattner provides a Weekly Transaction report recapping day-to-day revenue. Your Account Manager will sit down with you to go over numbers on a monthly basis, looking for trends in machine and game performance.

Each Lattner Gaming tech is assigned a well-stocked vehicle to ensure the fastest response and minimal downtime.  All service vehicles are equipped with GPS, which is integrated with our Route Management Software and monitored from our dispatch facility.  This ensures the best available tech is promptly sent to your location.
