In 2010 Mike started working for Thillens, an armored truck company based in Chicago. As he learned the Armored truck business, gaming started in Illinois and Thillens expanded its services to the gaming industry. Mike’s role with the company grew as he trained their messengers in customer service and the new gaming locations. In 2017 Mike left Thillens and started working for a gaming company. He enjoyed working on the machines and passing on knowledge as it was learned. The company sold and Mike went back to the armored truck industry as the ATM Operations Manager for one of the largest armored truck branches in the Midwest. With years of experience in the industry, Mike feels at home with Lattner and, as the service manager, hopes to push our customer service to the next level.
